IHHA 2023

The conference will include presentations of technical papers in research and development areas in line with the theme and sub-theme, such as Rolling Stock, Vehicle Track Systems and Energy Efficiency.

It will consist of a 2-day pre-conference Technical Workshop, 3 days of the Main Conference Plenary and Parallel Sessions, great social events and 1 day for the Technical Tour.

A total of 508 Abstracts were submitted by authors from 120 organizations and over 30 countries, under all 50 of the themes & sub-themes of the conference. This promises to be a bumper packed programme.

The Technical Workshop will be held 2 days before the conference. It will feature international railway technical experts who will present on selected topics within the railway’s best practices. The Technical Tours for delegates involving site visits to MRS Logistics Heavy Haul railways and Vale facilities.
